A 3-storey single block structure with an elevated courtyard. Characterized by clean lines, floating rooflines, and a strong play of solids and voids. At the heart of the design is a central atrium that visually and physically connects all floors, bringing in natural light and ventilation. The vertical wooden fins not only provide privacy and sun shading but also create a striking architectural rhythm on the façade.
